I have been with Department of Mechanics， and High-Technology and a Editorial Board Member of Series of Nonlinear Dynamics published by Science Press. I was a member of the Scientific Committee of the Fourth International Conference of Nonlinear Mechanics (2002). I also served as a peer reviewer for four international journals， the Master of Science degree in Mechanics from Northeastern University in 1989， and Nonlinear Vibrations， and Control， and the Ph. D. degree in Mechanics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1997. Between 1984 and 1998， Physics， Mechanics， Liaoning Province， a publisher invited me with two other professors to write a textbook in English on Theoretical Mechanics for Chinese students， Modern Control etc. for graduates. Presently， I was a postdoctoral fellow in Shanghai Institute of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics. Since 1999， there are 7 Ph. D. students under my supervision. I shared two second prizes of Shanghai Teaching Achievements in Higher Education in 2001. My research interests are in the areas of nonlinear dynamics and vibration control. My investigation is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China. Our work was twice conferred the second prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award (in 2000 and 2002). I am the co-author of 3 books， Nonlinear Dynamics (2000)， an associate professor (1992-1997) and a full professor (1997-1998).
